When Erica Disbarred Ericson accuses me of being uncooperative, I knew nothing about Doris Marsh's competency trial, nobody had notified me, I could have easily been there at the time of the trial, instead I was out in Arden, NC at the Audubon apartment loading all of Doris Marsh's stuff to be put into a shipping container to be shipped to Ohio, where she was still a legal resident not NC (she had not lived in NC for a year).
When I cross-examined Pornflop on July 14, 2016 at Doris Marsh's competency hearing, Pornflop conveniently couldn't remember suing me, but on the day Pornflop Bailey did sue me for $10,000.00, when I walked out of the courtroom I told Doris Marsh (my mom) , Pornflop has pressed criminal charges against me, sued me, they have had Buncombe County Sheriff's at your apartment five times saying I was beating you and Ron Bailey hasn't finished yet (the last time the two Buncombe County Sheriff's were at Doris Marsh's apartment, when they were leaving, they said they were not going to answer anymore calls at this address, if Doris Marsh or anybody needs an ambulance or anything else they were not coming) . I think Pornflop and his shyster lawyers (along with L.A. Bob, remember all five times the sheriff came, I had a warrant for my arrest because of L.A. Bob) were trying to set me up so they could steal my car lot computer software program. Like I told Doris Marsh as we were leaving the courthouse, your lease is up next month and I think it would be in your best interest to move back to around Dayton, Ohio now, immediately, where Doris Marsh knew people who wouldn't steal from her like her kids and grandkids had been doing for the last couple of years and she agreed, we left for Ohio the next day.
I helped Doris Marsh rent an apartment at Austin Springs Apartments in Miamisburg, Ohio. Pictures of the apartment are below.
Arrangements were made for Doris Marsh to go over to The Mound Science and Energy Museum in Miamisburg to volunteer a few day's a week (she did one time before Emily Brenner (aka Boss Hogg) got greedy and flew Doris Marsh to Asheville, NC (to be declared incompetent)when I left Doris Marsh with her so I could go to Arden, NC and pack her stuff up to be moved back to Ohio, when I was loading her stuff at the apartment in Arden, NC to be moved to Austin Springs Apartments in Miamisburg, Ohio is when Boss Hog (aka Emily Berner) flew Doris Marsh to Asheville, NC) pictures below of the apartment she never got a chance to move into and a copy of the lease papers.
Austin Springs Apartments
The apartment at Austin Springs had a nice view at night out of the living room window. It was a nice apartment. It wasn't far from the grocery, Dayton Mall, Hospital, Interstate, Mound Lab Museum where she could volunteer a few days a week etc...
After looking at the documents below, anybody with a minimum amount of intelligence including the shyster lawyers, the judge etc... should have realized Doris Marsh didn't live in NC a full year and was still a resident of Ohio and should have not been in this kangaroo court. If you listen to the recording of Erica Disbarred Ericson when she was falsely accusing me of kidnapping my mother she also lied to the judge, the judge asked Erica Disbarred Ericson if Doris Marsh was a resident of Ohio and Erica Disbarred Ericson said no, that Doris Marsh was a resident of NC, not true, Doris Marsh had not lived in NC for a year and when she let her apartment in Arden go and rented a place in Miamisburg, Ohio she was still legally a resident of Ohio.

When I dropped Doris Marsh off at Emily's, I never thought Emily would fly her grandmother to NC while I was down there packing Doris Marsh's stuff in the apartment at 9 Flycatcher Way Arden,NC to be moved to her new apartment in Miamisburg, Ohio. Below is the conversation me and Emily had when I dropped my mom off at her house.
I never thought that after all my mom had done for Emily over the years that she would stab her in the back like she did.
When I went to see my mother in Point Harbor, NC I knew something was wrong, that is why I fixed her house up and helped her sale it so she could move to Westerville, Ohio. My mom didn't want to move to Westerville, Ohio but I told her your older and you need to move close to your family. All they did was steal from her, below is where Teresa took $20,000 out of her saving account, the way Doris Marsh found out about it is when Teresa and Boss Hog went down to Edward Jones and tried to close out Doris Marsh's accounts with Edward Jones because they had power of attorney. The manager of Edward Jones wouldn't let them have it, but he called Doris Marsh and told her she needed to come down and get a check for the money she had invested with them, the way Teresa and Emily acted he said he would rather not be her investment manager. That is when Doris Marsh put her money with J.P. Morgan, after Boss Hog and Ollie(aka Teresa Lees) got her booted out of Edward Jones.
The first Audio is at Chase Bank on February20, 2014 after leaving Edward Jones and not being able to get the money out of Doris Marsh's account Teresa and Emily went by Doris Marsh's condominium and Teresa told Doris Marsh she was going to have her committed and some other things.
Doris was mad at Chase bank.
In the audio below you will hear three different digital recording the first one is Doris Marsh at Chase bank, the second one is Teresa leaving a message for Doris Marsh and the third one is Teresa and Doris Marsh talking on February 24, 2014.
In the message on 2/21/14 and the phone conversation on 2/24/14 Teresa is talking about a will and Doris Marsh is also. Teresa says she is having her name taken out of the will etc... kept mentioning some attorney's name that she was going to see etc... and there was a will, it was everything being left to Teresa and Emily. In the court room Teresa said there was no will, I seen the will, Teresa more than once in two of the three recorded conversations in the audio's below talk's about a will, but under oath lied and said there was no will in Asheville, NC.
The electric wasn't turned on at 9 Flycatcher Way Arden, NC until April 10, 2015. Doris Marsh moved out of 9 Flycatcher Way and made arrangements to move back to Austin Springs Apartments on March 15, 2016 not a full year in NC and still a legal resident of Ohio.
The lease below was signed on March 15, 2016. Doris Marsh had no intentions of going back to NC, she didn't trust Ron. Emily didn't need to take Doris Marsh back to NC, all she had to do was get an attorney in Ohio.
If Emily would have done what she said she was going to do, Doris Marsh would have been a lot better off living in the Austin Springs Apartment in Miamisburg, Ohio than the forum at Knightsbridge's retirement home. Emily wanted guardianship and control of finances for Doris Marsh. The judge granted co-guardianship between Teresa (Emily's mother, Doris Marsh's daughter) and Emily. Since Emily didn't get control of finances also, just guardianship Doris Marsh was living at the forum at Knightsbridge in a short time.
