On October 27, 2015 Pornflop (aka Ronny Lynn Bailey) assaulted me and then pressed assault & battery charges against me. This left me needing an attorney.
Later that day I was at Fastlane Auto Sales in Asheville, NC when Dickey McCanless suggested I get his attorney friend, Robert Lopez P.A. to represent me.
If you take a few minutes to read and listen to the information below you will hear L. A. Bob (aka Robert Lopez P.A.) lying to me repeatedly, swindling me out of $750 while pretending to be my attorney (after listening to the recording of the lady at the Buncombe County Clerk of Courts on August 9 2023, you'll realize L.A. Bob was never on record as being my attorney), the reason I think that L.A. Bob did this was because I think L.A. Bob, Dickey McCanless, George Hyler, Jr., Erica Erickson and Pornflop was involved in a conspiracy to have me put in jail so they could steal a computer car lot software program from me that I had written.

After visiting the two websites to the right of Erica's picture its obvious Erica Disbarred Ericson has a history of cheating and stealing from old people!
Why would Pornflop Bailey sick this dog on his own mother? Was it to cover up where he had been stealing from Doris Marsh or maybe so he could steal some more, or Both, which is what happened with the help of Erica Disbarred Erickson (both)!

Leonard, this Court held the DHC’s decision to disbar defendant had a rational basis in evidence because a violation of Rule 8.4(b) and (c) implied “a determination that [the attorney’s] misconduct poses a significant potential harm to clients.” 178 N.C. App. 432, 446, 632 S.E.2d 183, 191 (2006). Again, in North Carolina State Bar v. Ethridge, this Court held there was “adequate and substantial” evidence to support the attorney’s disbarment where Defendant misappropriated his elderly client’s funds, engaging in dishonest and deceitful conduct. 188 N.C. App. at 669-70, 657 S.E.2d at 388-89.

Lady at the Clerk of Courts in Buncombe County, NC on August 9, 2023 saying L.A. Bob (aka Robert Lopez P.A.) was never on record as being my Attorney!
Now listen to L.A. Bob on December 31, 2015 at 10:47 am on the telephone continuously lying to me, telling me the people at the clerk of courts had made a mistake and that's why there was a warrant for my arrest. At the time I was talking to L.A. Bob, he knew there was a warrant for my arrest because that is the way him and his cohorts had planned it. When you listen to the recordings it isn't hard to realize all L.A. Bob wanted to know at this time was who I had talked to at the courthouse so he could run damage control.
My mother started calling me telling me my half-brother Pornflop (aka Ronny Lynn Bailey) was hitting her, pinching her and was in general being an asshole and would I come down to Arden, NC and help her get him out of her house.
Pornflop did come back, wasn't supposed to, but did. Pornflop came in at 12:15 am on 10/27/15. I got up the next morning early, was looking up something for my mom on the internet when Doris Marsh came out and asked me if I was going to help her get rid of Pornflop, I told her Pornflop was in his bedroom and this is about the time Pornflop came out of the bedroom and the two recordings below explain what happened next.
I went out to my car to wait for the sheriff, in a little bit my mother came out, Pornflop went into my mothers bedroom and stole her check book and credit cards and then came outside and harassed me some more, accused me of manufacturing anthrax.
The reason Pornflop wouldn't leave was because Pornflop did not want anybody to look at Doris Marsh's bank records, which are shown below.
After looking at this information you will understand why Pornflop didn't want anybody to see Doris Marsh's bank records.
PORNFLOP WAS ROBBING HER BLIND, Pornflop has good blood for doing these kind of things. Pornflop also stole Doris Marsh's new car, not only did Pornflop steal Doris Marshs' car, Pornflop paid for the taxes, tags, title, insurance etc... with Doris Marsh's money, out of Doris Marsh's banking account.

L.A. Bob keeps continually lying for 14 minutes. If you listen to the lady at the Clerk of Courts in the audio recording above, she said, Robert J. Lopez never was Steve Hoskins attorney. That means George Hyler from Hyler & Lopez, P.A. never took over the Waiver of Council to the Buncombe County clerk of courts like L.A. Bob said, L.A. Bob was just lying. When L.A. Bob was telling Steve Hoskins that his case had two file #'s, because of Steve Hoskins having two charges and that is where the Clerk of Courts messed up, L.A. Bob is lying the whole time, L.A. Bob was never on record as being Steve Hoskins attorney, L.A. Bob never subpoenaed a copy of the two 911 phone call's like he said he was going to do, Hyler & Lopez, P.A. just stole Steve Hoskins money and conspired with Pornflop and others to have Steve Hoskins incarcerated. Pornflop and L.A. Bob met with each other multiple times, I don't think me and L.A. Bob ever met to discuss my case.
When I went to pick up Doris Marsh's car (which was now owned by Pornflop) to drive her to New Orleans, La. for an appointment at the Ochsner Clinic on 2/1/2016, for some reason I opened up the storage under the arm rest and there was a big bag of marihuana there, I went in and got L.A. Bob and asked him to call the Asheville Police department, L.A. Bob didn't call the police department, he followed me out to the car, grabbed the bag of marihuana and took it into his office.
These shysters' continued to try to have me arrested so they could get the source code to the car lot software program off of my computer and Pornflop would win the court case between me and him because I wasn't showing up in court for the trials.
On October 25, 2015 I arrived at her apartment and Ron wasn't there but he came in the apartment on October 26, 2015 at around 12:30 am, I left, my mom called three times the next day, said Ron was gone and would I come by, the recorded conversations are below.
In the letter above from Jack W. Stewart to Robert J. Lopez on January 12, 2016, it says Our Client Ronny L. Bailey, Your Client Steve Hoskins.
Was L.A. Bob lying to Jack W. Stewart about being Steve Hoskins attorney or was Jack W. Stewart part of the conspiracy?
Both of these guys are supposed to be lawyers (Jack W. Stewart and Robert J. Lopez). Pornflop got the car under the guise he was going to drive Doris Marsh to doctor's, grocery etc... by this time that ship had sailed, Doris Marsh had a Domestic Violence Protective Order against Ronny Lynn Bailey and Pornflop could not legally be around Doris Marsh, like I said above, both of these clowns (Jack W. Stewart and Robert J. Lopez)are supposed to be attorneys and should know a little about the law, the vehicle should have been returned to Doris Marsh.
